What TM3QSC Spending Tracker needs to go fully live — operations infrastructure
Currently Spending Tracker is a sovereign-tier internal ledger. All accounts, cards, and transactions live in TM3QSC's database. To connect to real banking rails and make cards/payments actually move money, these are the APIs required:

Issue real Visa debit/credit cards with your own spend controls. Env vars needed: STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY. Cards appear in Apple/Google Pay immediately. Spend limit controls, freeze/unfreeze real-time. PayPal credentials are already in this environment — Stripe is the recommended add-on.

📱 PAYMENTS (Already partially connected)

4. Stellar Horizon → live XLM balance (zero extra cost, public API)
5. PayPal OAuth → already credentialed, wire up today
